Shipping Policy

Deliveries to US customers are made from our US warehouse in Oregon while deliveries to Canadian customers are made from Alberta (Western Canada) and Ontario (Eastern Canada). Deliveries to international customers are made from Canada. We cover the cost of insurance on all orders along with a free one year warranty.

Our shipping times will range between 3-8 business days for deliveries in USA and Canada. For European customers, delivery takes 8-12 business days. Every order is checked for quality before shipping to minimize inconvenience to our customers. This allows us to offer superior customer service to our customers.

We rely on third-party couriers such as USPS, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post for deliveries in USA, Canada and Europe. Given this arrangement, the delivery and return processes (due to incorrect address, uncollected orders) incur separate costs for us. Unfortunately, returned orders often result in significant losses for us, as they may be discarded or destroyed by our logistics partners. In such scenarios, we charge a nominal restocking fee of $60.
